American International University Bangladesh Admission full description:

According to Google, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) offers a structured admission process for both domestic and international students across its diverse undergraduate and graduate programs.

Admission Process:

1. Application Submission:
   • Online Application:
     • Create an applicant account at AIUB Admission Portal.
     • Complete the application form with accurate information.
     • Upload a recent color photograph and academic documents in .JPG format.
     • Submit the application and retain the applicant copy for reference.
   • Application Fee:
     • The non-refundable application fee is BDT 1,000.
     • Payment can be made online or as per the instructions provided during the application process.
2. Verification and Admit Card:
   • Allow up to 24 hours (72 hours during weekends) for verification of educational information.
   • Upon successful verification, download the Admit Card from the admission portal.
3. Admission Examination:
   • Attend the admission test as scheduled, bringing the Admit Card.
   • The test typically assesses proficiency in Mathematics, English, and relevant subjects.
4. Interview:
   • Qualified candidates from the written test will be invited for an interview.
5. Final Selection:
   • Admission decisions are based on academic records, admission test performance, and interview outcomes.
   • Selected candidates will receive an offer letter with enrollment instructions.

International Students:

International applicants must provide additional documentation:

• English Proficiency:
  • TOEFL (minimum score of 550) or IELTS (minimum score of 6.5) scores are required, except for applicants from countries where English is the official language.
• Academic Records:
  • Certified copies of original educational records, with English translations if necessary.
• Financial Proof:
  • Certification of financial resources or a bank statement demonstrating sufficient funds for educational and living expenses.
• Medical Records:
  • Proof of completion of hepatitis A and B vaccinations and a tuberculin test.

International applicants should apply at least two months before the semester commencement to allow for processing and visa arrangements.
