f. It is not bound to sell the tender schedule to all the institutions against which adverse comments have been found during earlier investigations.
g. For any reason: In case of Government holiday/office closure on the day of tender submission/opening or any other normal situation,
If not, the tenders will be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same time and subject to due observance of other rules.
