I played a key role in developing a data center project at Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park, overseeing test pile construction and load testing. Additionally, I managed land acquisition and design for the Waste-to-Energy transmission tower, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. My work also includes collaborating on forward-thinking initiatives like the proposed solar power plant and LNG terminal, reinforcing my commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
At I-Mart Engineering PLC, I led site operations for steel building erection, ensuring projects were executed seamlessly while adhering to strict timelines and safety protocols. I managed and guided technician teams, assigned tasks, and provided technical supervision to maintain accuracy and quality in construction. My role involved meticulous cost estimations, monthly progress billing, and collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment. By implementing rigorous health and safety standards and monitoring the quality of work, I contributed to creating a secure and efficient construction environment.

I have been actively involved in overseeing site operations, ensuring the smooth execution of steel building erection projects while strictly adhering to project timelines. My role involves managing and guiding technician personnel, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and safety protocols. Throughout the erection process, I provide technical guidance and supervision, ensuring accuracy and quality in every aspect of construction. Additionally, I compile detailed monthly bills, meticulously documenting the progress of the erection work and associated costs to maintain financial transparency. A key aspect of my responsibilities is implementing and enforcing stringent health and safety standards at the site. I prioritize creating a secure working environment for all personnel involved, minimizing risks and promoting a culture of safety. I am adept at conducting comprehensive estimations for steel building erection costs, accounting for materials, labor, and equipment expenses. My focus on precision ensures that the financial aspects of the project remain well-managed and within budget. I diligently monitor the erection work, ensuring that it meets industry standards and adheres to project specifications. I regularly coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients, fostering strong communication and alignment to ensure the smooth progress of the project. In my current role, I oversee the execution of key projects, including the Data Center, 132KV Transmission Line, and Solar Power Plant. My responsibilities span from planning and designing to managing the purchase of land for transmission towers, addressing any location-based challenges. I lead civil construction activities, such as test pile construction and load testing for the proposed Data Center at Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park, ensuring compliance with all technical standards. I manage subcontractors, ensuring effective coordination with architectural, electrical, fire, and environmental consultants, along with other personnel, to facilitate smooth operations. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing bills, developing project plans, scheduling tasks, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure timely project completion. I also draft and review contract agreements to ensure legal and technical compliance for various projects. My work includes BOQ preparation, estimating, and monitoring project milestones to maintain proper tracking and progress. I review design plans, detailed drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all civil engineering projects.
