Work & Experience
For CAT Diesel 3516 B, 1.6 MW: 1. Operation & maintenance of CAT diesel engine (Model: CAT 3516B, 1.6 MW). 2. Prepare all shift reports & Daily Plant reports of operation & Maintenance. (Daily Plant Status Report, Trip & Shutdown Report, Daily Plant Availability Report, Cylinder Temperature, Exhaust Temperature, Jacket Water Temperature, After Cooler Temperature Report & Spare Parts Update Report.) 3. SCADA, PLC & DCS System Operation. 4. Substation control room operation. 5. Routine check and monitoring all of the control panel (with master panel) 6. Prepare Report such as Fuel receive, daily fuel Consumption. 7. Monitor and control all running equipment parameters for prudent operating practice. 8. Check daily logs to determine proper operation of equipment. Fuel measurement, fuel consumption calculation, initial and final deep during fuel receiving.
For MAN Diesel and Turbo 18V/48/60 TS 3*19.305 MW: 1. Operation and maintenance services including Schedule maintenance, fitting activities of Standard electrical equipment, associated auxiliaries and related systems of MAN Diesel and Turbo 18V/48/60 TS 3*19.3 MW diesel power plants. 2. Good knowledge about Alternator, Transformer, All type of Circuit Breaker etc. 3. To operate & good knowledge on Fuel supply pump, Fuel booster unit, Lube oil module, Lube oil separator, Air Compressor, Radiator, Water pre-heating system. Caterpillar 3512B 96*1.2 MW: 1. Operation and maintenance services including Schedule maintenance, fitting activities of standard electrical equipment's, associated auxiliaries and related systems of 100 MW diesel power plants. (Caterpillar-3512B, 1.20 MW). 2. Good command on CDVR, GECM and Terbarg control (Caterpillar Engine) system. 3. 11 KV and 132 KV cable lying and termination. 4. Operation, maintenance work trouble shooting of 11/0.4 KV, 33/11 KV, 11/132 KV Sub-Station. 5. SF6 Gas fill in 33/11 KV, 35 MVA Power Transformer. 6. Power factor measure and Capacitor bank connect to improve power factor for all Sub-Station and Distribution lines. 7. Oil change and centrifuge of 33/11 KV, 35 MVA Power transformers, Air Circuit Recloser (ACR)/ Oil Circuit Recloser (OCR).
