Job Responsibilities: ADMINISTRATION 1. Making employee’s attendance report and salary sheet using MS Excel. 2. File Management. 3. Giving official notice to the branches, checking and replying official emails of our company. 4. Arranging meetings with our clients and companies. 5. Managing bills and signature collection. 6. Entering employee’s information in the company’s ERP software. 7. Checking total annual leaves of the employees from the company’s ERP software. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY 1. Installing important software, windows and antivirus software. 2. Remotely solving issues of official employee’s using Anydesk, TeamViewer, TightVNC. 3. Communicating with the software provider companies whenever our company needed to purchase a software for their working needs. 4. ERP Software operation. CUSTOMER SUPPORT 1. Handling Customer’s Insurance related problems through phone calls, emails and solving them. 2. Receiving calls of customers to provide them necessary information about insurance.
