Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations. Supervise warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion. Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and warehouse organization. Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and transport teams to maintain timely deliveries. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and warehouse activities. Maintain documentation for shipments, dispatch, receiving, and inventory reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency. Train and guide staff to achieve performance targets. Solve logistical problems and ensure customer delivery satisfaction.
Oversee all activities of the Regional Sales Centre, including sales operations, reporting, and coordination. Ensure smooth communication between Regional Sales Manager, Sales Representatives, and Distribution teams. Monitor regional sales performance, targets, and daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Supervise stock management, product availability, and timely order processing. Ensure distributor operations run smoothly—inventory, delivery, payments, and sales push. Plan and execute regional sales strategies, promotions, and market expansions. Analyze sales trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. Handle retailer and distributor issues, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing, and market guidelines. Lead and support the regional team to achieve KPIs and business objectives. Conduct regular market visits to review visibility, competitor activity, and execution quality.
