Find the presumptive TB cases by active case-finding process with the use of screening tools as per national TB control guidelines; Referral of the presumptive TB cases to the physicians of assigned UHC/District Hospitals/Medical College Hospitals for further evaluation; Ensure all types of investigations according to the physicians advice; Ensure enrollment of TB patients, their treatment and regular follow-up; Collect data on index cases and conduct their house visits; Collect and document patients information using Tab/computer; Operate mobile, Tab, computer, printer etc. and software like MS Word & Excel; Maintain necessary registers; Maintain coordination with field staff, govt. health officials, officials of concerned partner NGOs; Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Monitor and work with the Village Health Workers with the Active Case Findings. Generate daily/weekly reports.

Receiving, labeling and analyzing samples Cough etc. Designing and executing laboratory testing according standard procedures. Maintain optimum standard in smearing and microscopy following the SOP and guidelines. Ensure maintenance of microscope and other laboratory equipments as per the SOP and guidelines. Maintain optimum standard of Gene Xpert site. Ensure regular drugs and diagnostic supplies to volunteers DOT providers Ensure DOT through follow up every patient and the DOT provider. Ensure appropriate storage of drugs and logistics to maintain optimum quality. Plan and prepare annual and quarterly logistical requirements for the laboratory. Ability to read microscopy and have good eyesight. Maintain regular coordination with government and related stakeholders. Check the randomized slides and provide the result as first controller for EQA Technician.
