Job Responsibilities 1. Daily Production planning & prepare production schedule. 2. Total production report update. 3. Prepare weekly, monthly & yearly maintenance schedule. 4. Prepare monthly purchase requisition materials & equipment. 5. Keep monthly all records & submit to management. 6. Manpower planning. 7. Daily check the machine condition & take quick action as required. 8. Support to caching installation & dismantle work. 9. Check & ensure the safety stock of machine parts. 10 . Check & analyze the machine breakdown history & take preventive action. 11. Supervision & maintenance of all below machinery: 12. Operating fller m/c, caper m/c, shrink label m/c, Van-ta wrapping m/c, mark image date coding m/c, warmer, cooling tower, spiral conveyor, retort tank, automatic loading & unloading m/c tape m/c.
