1. Corresponding with overseas principal and concern parties regarding different shipping affairs specially supply chain management 2. Complete procurement with shipbuilding materials such as MS sheet, plate ,angle, garder, pipe, marine engine, gearbox, generator, propeller, shaft, coupling, enamel wire, marine paint, welding rod, mooring rope, electric item, Navigation item,fender etc 3. Procurement of ship + heavy equipment such as MATERIAL HANDLER, EXCAVATOR, WHEEL LOADER, MINI PAYLOADER 4.Visited Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, China, Malaysia, Thailand ,Singapore for pre shipment inspection and meeting with foreign supplier 5.Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers for optimal value 6. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. 7.Cargo Vessel, Dumb barge, self-propulsion barge & tug boat construction and docking. 8.To follow up total import procedure and clearance from port and custom 9. Monitoring vessel’s discharge operation. 10. Sourcing of vendor and enlistment. 11.To prepare and arrange vessels documentation. 12. Arrangement of Ship`s repair and dry docking 13. Lead the SCM team, follow up the import indent as per requirement. 14. Finalize contracts to comply the International Standard. 15.Prepare Monthly/weekly/Yearly procurement Plan. 16. To collect Proforma Invoice and finalize CS for Imports. 17. Follow up the Shipment status. 18. Evaluate vendor`s based on technical and commercial point of view. 19. Processing of vessel insurance including salvage charges and sue and labour. 20. corresponding with insurance party, surveyor, 21. Claim for insurance as well as settlement

Duties/Responsibilities: 01. To attend the quires of overseas principal specially on shipping agency operation and chartering/brokering issues. 2.Vessel operations and logistics including coordinating vessel arrivals, berthing and departures, the efficient handling of cargo and the vessel turnaround process. 03. To prepare SOF, Lay time calculation etc. BR04. Arrangement of Pilot/Joint survey for cargo / Damage etc.BR05. Handling of vessel basis on voyage and time charter.BR05. Vessel’s declaration, submission of IGM, EGM and retention cargo manifest.BR06. Follow up vessel`s final entry, customs, Inward/outward clearance, port clearance, crew sign on/off, port health etc BR07. Chartering / Ship brokering for our own cargo carryingBR08. To follow up shipping agency activities.BR09. To attend in the berthing meeting, seminar, conference etcBR10. To prepare Freight costing and fixture note.BR10. Dealing with vessel`s Classification Societies.BR12. Communication with shipper, cargo Receiver/Consignee, ship’s owner, Master, carrier, C&F Agents, Stevedore, Port, Immigration and Custom house etc.BR11. To make negotiation with various international bunkers suppliers for managed / chartered ships. BR12.Communicate with ships load and discharge port agents for PDA, payment of same and collection of surplus D/A etc BR13. To communicate with ship’s classification society & PNI clubs etc.
