i worked at a visa agency as a seller ,where i guided clients about services ,explained processing steps ,and helped them choose the right options .this role improved my communication ,customer handling ,and sales skills .i enjoyed building trust with clients and delivering clear ,helpful information in a professional way.

i work as an HR in a private company,overseeing the sales teams performance and ensuring targets are met.i manage daily office operations ,maintain records ,report to the managing director ,and handle monthly employee salaries .my role strengthens my leadership ,organizational,and communication skills in a professional environment.
