Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Conduct internal audits on financial and operational processes
  • Review financial records for accuracy and compliance
  • Assess and improve risk management practices
  • Ensure adherence to laws and regulations
  • Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
  • Collaborate on improving internal controls and processes

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Additional Requirements:  

  • 1+ year of experience in auditing, accounting, or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
