Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records accurately
  • Handle cash, bank, and mobile financial transactions (cash in hand, bKash/Nagad, POS, etc.)
  • Prepare daily cash closing, sales reports, and stock reconciliation
  • Monitor inventory records, including inward, outward, and damaged goods
  • Verify supplier invoices and prepare payment statements
  • Maintain customer credit and due records, if applicable
