Responsibilities & Context: 

The Sr. Executive – Accounts & Finance will play a key role in ensuring the company`s financial integrity by maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with VAT and Tax regulations, managing daily financial operations, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced corporate environment while contributing to the overall financial health and operational excellence of the organization.

  • Prepare, verify, and maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Prepare vouchers, journal entries, cash book, bank book, and general ledger.
  • Reconcile bank statements, customer/vendor accounts, and ledger balances.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and submit VAT/Tax-related reports and documentation.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Perform any other finance and accounts-related tasks assigned by management.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master of Commerce (MCom)
  • MBA/M.Com/BBA/B.Com in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
  • Professional qualifications (CA-CC, CMA, ACCA partly qualified) will be considered an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Developer, Importer, Power

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • 3–5 years of practical experience in Accounts & Finance.
  • Experience in the Power, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Corporate sector will be preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.
  • Good understanding of VAT & Tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Age – 25–35 years (Relaxable for highly experienced candidates)
