Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Financial Oversight: Manage daily cash flow, point-of-sale (POS) reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • ​Inventory Control: Monitor food and beverage costs, perform monthly stock audits, and analyze wastage reports.
  • Payroll & HR: Oversee staff shifts, payroll processing, and maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws.​Compliance:
  • Ensure all restaurant licenses, health permits, and insurance renewals are handled promptly.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience:

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if required
