Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare and maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and cash books.
• Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software Tally.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist to Manager for prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process employee payroll, salary sheets, and related deductions.
• Verify bills, invoices, purchase requisitions, and payment documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit VAT and Tax-related documentation as required.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
• Support management by providing financial data, analysis, and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information.
• Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by management.
