Description:
· Maintain petty cash book.
· Maintain bank book
· All bill Checking
· Prepare Debit Voucher Cash & Bank
· Prepare Credit Voucher Cash & Bank
· Daily All cash & Bank transaction in Tally software posting
· Cheque Received from Party
· Cheque Payment to Party
· Daily/Monthly Office Expenditure Disbursement
· BEFTN & RTGS Disbursement
· Maintain daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition.
· Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc.
· Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in software.
· Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
· Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
· Prepare and maintain Bank related transactions in the recommended software.
· Maintain Ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.
