Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:

  • Meet clients at their home or office to discuss needs and style preferences
  • Take detailed measurements and photos of each space. Prepare comparison lists with pros, cons, and estimated costs.
  • Submit the Concepts & Budgets with client and ensure every meeting happens on time and as planned.

Follow-Up & Guidance:

  • Call or message clients after submission to answer questions & Guide them.
  • Advise clients on design options, material choices, and timelines

Meeting Management & Analysis:

  • Submit detailed meeting updates and minutes to Sales Operation Manager.
  • Analyze what happened in each meeting and why it did or didn’t convert
  • Share insights and action plans with the team

Quotation Follow-up & Sales Generation:

  • Follow-up every quotation sent to clients for turn client interest into confirmed orders.
  • Track follow-up steps such as Negotiate terms, close deals, and book project start dates
  • Work to improve our meeting-to-sale conversion rate

Reporting & Goal Tracking:

  • Summarize daily and weekly meeting and sales performance
  • Update CRM with meeting notes, measurements, budgets and updates.
  • Prepare clear reports for management with data, trends, and recommendations.

Customer Service Mindset:

  • Customer satisfaction at the forefront of every steps.
  • A commitment to fostering positive customer experiences, building lasting relationships and ultimately.
  • Drive beyond addressing immediate concerns to anticipating needs, providing proactive solutions.

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

  • Work with Marketing, Operations, and CRE leads to refine sales processes.
  • Suggest and implement best practices for efficiency and higher conversion.
  • Take on any other tasks needed to boost Sales performance.
  • Collect feedback from clients and share ideas to improve our process.
  • Attend sales training and team meetings as needed

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of Sales/Customer-facing experience.
  • Comfortable traveling and meeting clients in different cities.
  • Basic understanding of any calculation.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication : Clear, friendly in both English and Bengali
  • Customer Focus : Patient listener, solution-oriented attitude
  • Technical Aptitude : Able to measure accurately and do simple calculations
  • Negotiation : Confident but respectful when discussing budgets
  • Organization : Keeps records up-to-date and follows up on time
  • Self-Motivation : Willing to learn, meet targets, and solve problems
