Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance, explain product features, and demonstrate products
• Ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshoot problems, and provide technical support
• Build rapport with customers, identify potential customers, and manage accounts
• Identify sales opportunities, generate orders
• Provide technical information, answer questions, and propose changes to products or processes
• Provide technical information and training to customers’ staff
Requirements:
*Minimum Knowledge In Networking, Windows Setup, Software Operating (Programming knowledge will get preference)
*Understanding of Sales & Marketing
