  •  Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
    Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Providing Customer Support
    Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently.

Offer accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.

  • Recording and Managing Customer Information
    Document customer interactions in the company’s database or CRM software.

Maintain updated records of all calls and transactions.

  • Meeting Call Center Metrics
    Achieve targets such as average handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).

       Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural tone.

  •  Escalating Complex Issues
    Forward unresolved or complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments.
  • Maintaining Product Knowledge
    Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and updates.
  • Following Call Center Protocols
    Adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

       Maintain confidentiality and data privacy of customer information.
