Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.
- Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
