Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided databases.
  • Explain company property projects, features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the Business Development team.
  • Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
  • Record customer details, call reports, and feedback in CRM/prospect database.
  • Communicate professionally with landowners, buyers, and investors when required.
  • Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales and lead-generation targets.
  • Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and customer service standards.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: BBA, Marketing, Management, or related field).
  • Candidates with experience in call center/ tele marketing will get preference.(Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Experience in real estate tele marketing will be considered an added advantage.
