Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.
  • Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp,etc.).
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Higher Secondary
  • Diploma
Experience:
  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

  • The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of tele sales or customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
