Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Clearly explain Healinic products, benefits, usage guidelines, and offers to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products to improve conversion rates.
- Follow up with leads generated from Facebook, website, and other digital platforms.
- Accurately record call outcomes, customer details, and order information in the system.
- Handle basic customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order confirmation and delivery.
- Meet daily and weekly call, follow-up, and sales targets set by the team lead.
- Maintain a polite, ethical, and customer-centric communication approach at all times.
- Learn and comply with company sales scripts, product knowledge, and SOPs.
- This internship is performance-oriented and designed to build real-world sales skills in a structured business environment.
