Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
  • Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
  • Use scripts to provide information about the product/ service’s features; etc. and present their benefits.

Educational Requirements:  

  • A Level
  • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is required.
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
  • Experience working in International Call Center will get priority.
  • Fresher & under graduated are highly recommended for this Job if they are fluent in English.
  • Experienced applicants will have an opportunity to get promoted to Team Leader or Closer
