Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Call potential customers to introduce ZAMAN IT’s software, digital solutions, CCTV services, and other IT services
  • Maintain customer lists, follow up regularly, and build strong relationships
  • Explain product features clearly and professionally
  • Record customer feedback and update the CRM
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales and call targets
  • Support marketing and sales team as needed

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • At most 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • Excellent communication skill in Bangla (English is a plus)
  • Confident, smart, and motivated to achieve goals
  • Ability to handle customer queries politely
  • Previous telemarketing/tele sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge & ability to work with Google Sheets/CRM
