  • Handle outbound calls to USA us
  • Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
  • Manage data using CRM tools

Educational Requirements:  

  • Undergraduate students, diploma holders, and graduates (Freshers can apply)
  • Must be computer literate
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills in English( only speaking )
  • Good social skills, punctual, and honest
  • Must have at least 6 months to 1 years experience in janitorial campaigns

Employment Status:

  • Only experienced in janitorial campaigns
  • Full-time (9 Hours, including 1-hour break) Night Shift – 8 PM to 5 AM
  • Shift: Monday To Friday
  • Night Shift
  • Saturday And Sunday Off

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: BDT 90 to 130 Taka Per Hour  ( 17000 to 35000 )
  • Dinner Allowance (BDT 2000)+ Transportation Allowance ( BDT 1000 ) can increase up to 3000 ) T&C Apply
  • Sales Bonuses 1500 To Unlimited
