Responsibilities & Context: 

  • International Call Center, Inbound
  • Night shift & Day Shift
  • PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT GOOD IN ENGLISH SPEAKING.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • No sales target.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Handle customer inquiries over the phone
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • A Level
  • O Level
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • HSC, O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Educational background doesn’t really matter for us, if you can speak English and have common-sense then apply.

Experience:  

  • 1 to 5 years
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 18 to 30 years
  • Experience in International Call Center will get Extra preference.
