Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about company projects, products, and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive communication with potential clients.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Support the sales team by setting appointments and transferring qualified leads.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving queries or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Uphold company reputation through courteous and professional communication.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration/Visa Processing, Coaching Center

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • 1–2 years in call center, telemarketing, or customer service. (Freshers may also apply.)
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage repetitive tasks with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software, email communication).
  • Target-driven and proactive work approach.
