Responsibilities and Context:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding hearing tests, hearing aids, and related services
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers efficiently
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Handle client inquiries with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Assist the service and sales coordination team with daily communication tasks
Educational Requirements:

Additional Requirements
- Graduate (freshers are welcome)
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla communication preferred
- Pleasant voice, positive attitude, and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
