Responsibilities & Context:

  • ফোন কল, ইমেইল, ও ম্যাসেজের মাধ্যমে ব্যবহারকারীদের সাথে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করা।
  • ইউজারের যেকোন প্রশ্ন, অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার সমাধান করা।
  • ইউজারের সাথে সম্পর্ক উন্নয়নের কাজ করা।
  • ইউজারের যেকোন পরামর্শ দায়িত্বশীলতার সঙ্গে সংগ্রহ করে ম্যানেজমেন্টকে অবহিত করা।
