Responsibilities & Context:

  • ফোনের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকদের সাথে স্মার্ট, ভদ্র ও প্রফেশনালভাবে কথা বলা
  • শুধুমাত্র বিদ্যমান (Existing) গ্রাহকদের কল করে পণ্য বিক্রয় (Tele Sales) করা
  • গ্রাহকদের কথা মনোযোগ সহকারে শুনে তাদের চাহিদা ও পছন্দ সঠিকভাবে নির্ধারণ করা
  • অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন ও ফলো-আপ কল করা
  • পণ্য সম্পর্কে সঠিক ও সহায়ক তথ্য প্রদান করা
  • গ্রাহকদের যেকোনো প্রশ্ন বা সমস্যা ধৈর্য্য ও পেশাদারিত্বের সাথে সমাধান করা
  • গ্রাহকদের সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী, বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ ও বিশ্বাসযোগ্য সম্পর্ক তৈরি করা
  • প্রতিটি কল ও অর্ডারের তথ্য সঠিকভাবে রেকর্ড রাখা
  • কোম্পানির কল স্ক্রিপ্ট, নিয়ম ও নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করে কাজ করা
