Responsibilities & Context:

  • Make outbound calls to UK customers and manage different topics as per communication scripts.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide suitable solutions/alternatives.
  • Sell services/products over the phone as per campaign instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the call center database.
  • Meet individual/team qualitative and quantitative targets (sales + performance KPIs).
  • Handle inbound/outbound/non-voice sales tasks when required.

Educational Requirements:  

  • O Level
  • A Level
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • O Level / A Level / HSC
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

  • Prior experience in international call centers (preferred)
  • Experience with international sales campaigns (preferred)
  • Freshers and university students can apply (training provided)

Additional Requirements

  • Strong English fluency (spoken)
  • Skilled in Inbound, Outbound & Non-voice sales
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Results-driven, target-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and persuasion skill
  • Comfortable working with scripts and CRM/database logging
