Responsibilities & Context: 

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting our services, conducting follow-ups and scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team.

  • Contact potential clients through phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Introduce company services professionally and build interest among prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads generated by the Lead Generation Team.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development Officer.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
  • Send WhatsApp messages, emails, and other communications when required.
  • Update CRM, Google Sheets, or internal tracking systems regularly.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.

  • 80+ Outbound Calls
  • 20+ Follow-ups
  • 20+ WhatsApp Communications
  • 5+ Qualified Meetings Scheduled
  • Accurate Daily Reporting
  • Work Schedule

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 8 Hours Per Day

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing
  • Masters
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 22 to 27 years
  • Only Female
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Client Communication.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain positive conversations.
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
