Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Candidates must attend outbound calls to the USA to provide or sell our products/services.
  • We are looking for individuals who can understand some basic English.
  • Identify customer’s needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Excellent communication skill in Bangla (English is a plus)
  • Confident, smart, and motivated to achieve goals
  • Ability to handle customer queries politely
