We receive a steady flow of warm inbound enquiries through WhatsApp and our website. We are now looking for a mid level telesales professional who can own this funnel, move fast, and consistently convert conversations into paid enrolments.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility is to engage warm leads quickly on WhatsApp and phone, understand their situation, explain the value clearly, remove objections, and complete enrolment. This is a performance focused role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, working to targets, and using tools and data to improve.

Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Respond to every inbound WhatsApp or website lead within five minutes during working hours using calls, voice notes, and structured replies
  • Qualify leads by understanding their driving test history, confidence level, budget, and timeline
  • Explain the course value proposition in simple Bengali. content, live support, refund guarantee, and typical results for UK Bangladeshi learners
  • Handle common objections such as lack of time, price sensitivity, previous failed attempts, fear of English questions, and doubts about online learning
  • Log every interaction in the CRM. notes, outcome, follow up date, and deal stage. Maintain a clean and updated pipeline
  • Send payment links, apply coupons, issue invoices, and ensure that each enrolment is fully completed and confirmed
  • Run gentle nudge campaigns for warm leads using WhatsApp broadcasts, tags, and saved replies. reactivate old leads when appropriate
  • Arrange short guided demos or screen share sessions when this will help a lead decide
    Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for conversions, contact rate,
  • response time, and talk time
  • Participate in regular call quality reviews, accept coaching feedback, and actively suggest improvements to scripts and processes
  • Follow GDPR and UK consumer guidance for consent, opt out, and data privacy. respect customer preferences at all times

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor`s Degree (Business Background preferred.)

Experience:

  •  At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Additional Requirements:  

  • Minimum two year of proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer success
  • Strong track record in converting inbound leads rather than only cold calling
  • Experience in EdTech, online courses, or training services is an advantage
  • Excellent Bengali speaking and writing with clear, friendly, and confident delivery
  • Comfortable speaking basic conversational English with UK based customers
  • Familiarity with the UK Bangladeshi community and their challenges with the UK driving system is a strong plus
  • Confident user of phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
    Hands on experience with a CRM such as Zoho CRM or HubSpot. able to keep records accurate and up to date
  • Target driven mindset with patience, empathy, and the ability to calm nervous or frustrated learners
  • Creative problem solving and ownership mentality. you look for ways to close the sale rather than only follow a script
  • Quiet workspace, reliable laptop or computer, high speed internet, and a good quality noise cancelling headset
