Responsibilities & Context: 

Role Objective

We are looking for a results-driven, energetic Male Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching our services/products, and closing sales over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills and a “never-give-up” attitude, we want to hear from you.

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to prospective customers using a provided database.
  • Lead Conversion: Explain product features and benefits effectively to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, feedback, and sales status in the CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Higher Secondary

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Online Retail Startup

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 18 to 28 years
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in [Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Bengali].
  • Persistence: Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
