Responsibilities & Context:

Act as a point of contact between the MD and the accounts department or finance team.

  • Capable to handle a Project independently. Supervise day-to-day construction works.
  • Ensuring material quality & maintaining standards following approved specifications.
  • Understanding all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
  • Report all site information to respective superiors regular basis.
  • Provide Estimation for day to day project activities.
  • To review the progress of Projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned contractors for project completion in a time-bound manner.
  • Energetic, hard worker, to be capable enough to manage construction sites efficiently. Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
