Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Develop designs according to the requirements.
  • Handle day-to-day design and office tasks, including file management, presentations, and official letter drafting
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and ensure designs align with the brand’s identity and goals.
  • Produce high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet campaign and brand standards
  • Support departments by generating data summaries using Excel and preparing reports as required.
  • Produce AI-generated images, visuals, and videos using modern AI tools as required.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, AI tools and share insights with the rest of the team.
  • Make great teamwork to achieve the ultimate success of the company.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS Office, Data entry, Internet browsing.
  • Candidate should have great computer typing speed (Bengali-20 wpm, English-30wpm).
  • Smart, presentable, energetic, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for creating high-quality visual content.
