Responsibilities & Context: 

Dreambird Tourism Network-এর অফিসে Indian Visa Form Filling ও Visa Application Processing-এর জন্য একজন দক্ষ ও দায়িত্বশীল Computer Operator নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।

  • Indian Visa Application Form অনলাইনে সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করা।
  • Passport, NID, ছবি ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় documents দেখে নির্ভুলভাবে তথ্য input করা।
  • Visa application-এর তথ্য যাচাই ও প্রয়োজনীয় correction করা।
  • Client-এর তথ্য confidential ভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
  • Visa application-এর প্রয়োজনীয় documents scan, upload ও organize করা।
  • Online appointment ও application-related কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।
  • Client-এর কাছ থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও documents সংগ্রহ করা।
  • প্রতিটি visa file-এর status ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য নিয়ম অনুযায়ী maintain করা।
  • Computer, printer, scanner ও অন্যান্য office equipment ব্যবহার করা।
  • প্রতিদিনের visa file ও application-এর update সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
  • প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য office ও administrative কাজে সহযোগিতা করা।

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC

Experience:  

  • 1 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Travel Agency
