Key Responsibilities: 

  • Data Entry & Management:
  • Enter, update, and manage data in various software and databases.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in digital records.
  • Software Operation:
  • Operate office software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools.
  • Manage file organization and backups.
  • System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
  • Monitor computer systems and networks.
  • Report or resolve basic hardware/software issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports, invoices, and official documents.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and office communications.
  • Email and File Management:
