Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Manage and confirm customer orders from Facebook and website.
  • Create daily short-form video content featuring our products.
  • Present and showcase products confidently on camera.
  • Conduct product-focused Facebook Live sessions when required.
  • Create regular Stories, Reels and posts for the brand’s social media page.
  • Repurpose video content for sales, Stories, Posts and Reels.
  • Support CRM activities to improve customer satisfaction, repeat purchases and sales.

Experience:  

  • At least 1 year

Additional Requirements:  

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, Customer Care, E-commerce or Content Creation.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
  • Ability to present fashion products confidently and naturally.
  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Page management and e-commerce orders.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel will be an advantage.
  • Smart, energetic, responsible and target-oriented.
