Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Candidate those who are having excellent knowledge in Wedding Event & Brand Marketing will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
● Work as per the guidance of respective supervisors for achieving given sales targets at assigned area(s).
● Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for selling Events.
● In charge of market research, product development, pricing, communication, acquisition, market planning, competitor information, market demands, and other objectives.
● Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.
● Collect market information and regularly monitor customer satisfaction.
● Must have Excellent English proficiency & good computer knowledge such as typing, Internet use, browsing, answering Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Etc.
● Maintain regular coordination and communication with the local and international levels.
● Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
● Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
● Assist in organizing various events like exhibitions, meetings, etc.
● Arrange necessary documentation for international consultants/experts.
Experience Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
● Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant fields.
● Monthly sales targets must be met otherwise you will never get paid.
● Skills Required: Business Development, Wedding Events Field Sales, Sales & Marketing
● The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
● Wedding Event & Brand Marketing Direct Sales and Marketing, Field Sales, Sales & Marketing.
● Only females are allowed to apply
● Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Internet access, PowerPoint Presentation.
● Consultative selling skill.
● Team player.
● Ability to handle stress and have the mind-set to “Go an extra mile”.
● Very good communication skills in English.
● Excellent presentation skills in both English & Bangla.
● Self-motivated, result driven and having passion for winning.
● Good negotiation capability
