Responsibilities & Context
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Handle order processing, follow-ups, and resolve product or service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve customer service quality.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer care or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
