Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Follow company policies and customer service standards.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Provide information regarding Company Products and services.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Bachelor`s degree (preferred).

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Female
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or local language.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience will be an advantage.
