Responsibility
- Outbound and inbound calls.
- Email with customers in English.
- Work with import team and assist import operation.
- Achieving daily tasks assigned by the authority.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Update and manage customer records in the database.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer management software.
Experience : If you have express company or courier service work experience then good.
Facility : Two festival bonus
