Responsibilities: 

  • Develop creative promotional content, captions, and strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, databases, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Present products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Understand customer needs, answer queries, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Fresher’s with creativity & strong skills are encouraged to apply).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales and customer service sector.
  • Good knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (written & spoken).
