Responsibilities & Context:
- Recruitment and manpower duties / calling companies in English in Europe
- Assist senior management in developing sales networks and strategies
- Maintaining relationships with current and potential clients
- Identifying new recruitment opportunities via internet
- Developing and maintaining client target lists and information
- Developing internal tools for improving and maintaining databases
- Maintaining client and candidate information.
- Providing support to the senior manager
- Building and maintaining relationship with customers.
- Contract with the policy holders of the company, as well as provide them various policy
- information. Monitor renewal collection for attaining good result.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
Additional Requirements
- Age 19 to 50 years
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good speaking Style, Smart talker and attractive voice.
- Good English Skill.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is MUST.
- Excellent Communication Skill in English over the call and email.
- Have to talk in English with Client of Europe by Call or Email.
- Office rules regulation must have to be followed.
- Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have the ability to work in a team.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
