Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Receive and make customer calls; respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Handle lead follow-up via phone/WhatsApp and ensure timely updates.
  • Provide basic project information (location, features, payment plan, booking process).
  • Schedule and confirm office/site visit appointments; coordinate with Sales team.
  • Maintain call logs and lead status in CRM/Google Sheet accurately.
  • Escalate issues/complaints to the concerned department and track closure.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call and lead follow-up reports as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company communication guidelines.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Call Center
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
