Responsibilities & Context:

Motorhead BD Limited is an automotive service company providing professional vehicle care solutions, including doorstep car services and service center facilities. Our goal is to deliver convenient, reliable, and high-quality vehicle maintenance services to our customers.

  • Support the achievement of company sales targets.
  • Monitor and track sales team performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare monthly and yearly sales reports.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Maintain records of receivables and payables related to sales activities.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
  • Suggest new services or sales techniques to improve customer satisfaction

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Workshop, Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or automotive-related business is preferred.
  • Knowledge of motor parts or automotive services will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
