Key Responsibilities:

*Handle room reservation requests via phone, email, website, and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies)
*Professionally respond to guest and travel agent inquiries in a timely manner
*Manage and update reservation records in the property management system
*Monitor room availability to ensure optimal occupancy
*Coordinate with the Dhaka office and sales team for group bookings and special requirements
*Prepare and present daily reservation and occupancy reports
*Upsell room types and resort services to increase revenue
*Accurately process booking modifications, cancellations, and no-shows
*Maintain clear communication with guests and internal departments

Job Requirements:

*Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business)
*1–2 years of experience in reservations or front office (resort/hotel experience preferred)
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software
*Good command of English (spoken and written)
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure
*High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
